The 1921 Chico State Wildcats football team represented Chico State Teachers College[note 1] during the 1921 college football season. Chico State competed as an independent in 1921. They would become a charter member of the California Coast Conference (CCC) in its debut year of 1922. They played home games at College Field in Chico, California.

The 1921 Wildcats were led by first-year head coach George Sperry. Chico State finished the season with a record of four wins, two losses and one tie (4–2–1). The Wildcats outscored their opponents 84–63 for the season.
