The 1965 Arizona State Sun Devils football team was an American football team that represented Arizona State University in the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) during the 1965 college football season. In their eighth season under head coach Frank Kush, the Sun Devils compiled a 6–4 record (3–1 against WAC opponents), finished in second place in the WAC, and were outscored by their opponents by a combined total of 142 to 132.[1][2]

The team's statistical leaders included John Goodman with 1,165 passing yards, Travis Williams with 523 rushing yards, and Ben Hawkins with 504 receiving yards.[3]
