The 1991 Manchester Open was the second edition of the Manchester Open tennis tournament and was played outdoor grass court. The tournament was part of the ATP World Series and was held from 17 to 24 June.

Goran Ivanišević won his 2nd career title and his only title of the year by defeating Pete Sampras in the final.
