1998 Davis Cup Europe/Africa Zone Group III
The Group III tournament was held in two locations. Eight teems met January 21–25, in Lomé, Togo (hard courts), and eight others met May 20–24 in Skopje, Macedonia (clay). In each location, the teams were divided into two round-robin pools. The top two teams from each pool advanced to a promotion playoff, while the bottom two were placed in a relegation playoff.[1]
