1999 Davis Cup Europe/Africa Zone Group III
Appearance
The Group III tournament was held in two locations. Eight teems met February 24–28, in Cairo, Egypt (clay courts), and eight others met June 9–13 in Tallinn, Estonia (clay). In each location, the teams were divided into two round-robin pools. The top two teams from each pool advanced to a promotion playoff, while the bottom two were placed in a relegation playoff.[1]
