The 2003 Campionati Internazionali di Sicilia was a men's tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts in Palermo in Italy and was part of the International Series of the 2003 ATP Tour. It was the 25th edition of the tournament and ran from September 22 through September 28, 2003. Nicolás Massú won the singles title.
