The 2004 Delaware Fightin' Blue Hens football team represented the University of Delaware in National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I Division I-AA college football in its fourth season as a member of the Atlantic 10 Conference, and the football program's final season of play in the A–10. They were led by K.C. Keeler, who was in his fifth season as head coach of the Fightin' Blue Hens. The team played its home games at Delaware Stadium in Newark, Delaware.
