The 2004 Slovak Figure Skating Championships (Slovak: Majstrovstva Slovenska seniorov a juniorov 2004) were the Slovak Figure Skating Championships for the 2003–2004 season. They crowned the national champions in figure skating for Slovakia in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies singes, pair skating, and ice dancing on the senior level.

They were held in Bratislava from 10 to 11 January 2004.
