Stéphane Houdet and Michaël Jeremiasz were the defending champions but Jeremiasz did not compete.

Robin Ammerlaan and Stefan Olsson defeated Houdet and Shingo Kunieda in the final, 6–4, 7–6(7–4) to win the Wheelchair Men's Doubles tennis title at the 2010 Wimbledon Championships.
