Nathaniel Lammons and Jackson Withrow won the doubles title at the 2023 Hall of Fame Open, defeating William Blumberg and Max Purcell in the final, 6–3, 5–7, [10–5].

Blumberg and Steve Johnson were the reigning champions,[1] but Johnson chose not to participate this year. Blumberg was attempting to win his third consecutive title at Newport alongside three different partners.
