Joann Condon (born 1970) is a British actress of stage and screen, best known for her role as Pat, a member of the Fat Fighters group in the BBC television comedy Little Britain, written by and starring Matt Lucas and David Walliams. The character left the group in the very last episode of the series.

Condon had previously had small appearances in the award-winning comedy The Office and the long-running hospital drama Casualty, both also for the BBC.

Her stage work includes Babies (Royal National Theatre / Royal Court Theatre), a play by Jonathan Harvey which won the George Devine Award in 1993 and the Evening Standard's Most Promising Playwright Award in 1994. Condon played the role of Gemma Sweeney.
