Ayman Klzie (Arabic: ايمن كلزية; born 7 January 1993)[1] is a Syrian swimmer. He represented Syria at the World Aquatics Championships in 2013, 2015, 2017 and 2019.

In 2018, he competed in the men's 100 metre butterfly event at the 2018 FINA World Swimming Championships (25 m) held in Hangzhou, China.[2] He also competed in the men's 200 metre butterfly event.

In 2019, he represented Syria at the 2019 World Aquatics Championships in Gwangju, South Korea.[1] He competed in the men's 100 metre butterfly and men's 200 metre butterfly events and in both events he did not advance to compete in the semi-finals.
