Claire Curzan (born June 30, 2004) is an American swimmer. She currently is the 12th fastest performer ever in the women’s 100 meter butterfly, with a time of 56.61 seconds. She also has the fastest ever time for any female swimmer, aged 18 or under, in the 100 yard butterfly, with a time of 49.73.[1] Curzan was a member of the 2019 World Junior Championship team in Budapest, Hungary, and won 4 medals there. (Gold in the 4x100 m medley relay, Silver in the 100 m backstroke, bronze in the 50 m butterfly, and bronze in the 100 m butterfly.)[2]
