Philip Basoah is a Ghanaian politician and member of the Seventh Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana representing the Kumawu Constituency in the Ashanti Region on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party.[1]

Early life

Philip was born on November 18, 1969. He hails from a town named Kumawu in the Ashanti region of Ghana. [2]

Education

He had master's degree at the Paris graduate school of management and also had Bachelor of Arts at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.[3]

Political career

He was voted into Parliament after defeating his opposition Samuel Asiamah of New Democratic Congress with 68.63% of the total valid votes.
