Roman Mykhaylovych Pokora (Template:Lang-uk, born 22 February 1948 in Zboriv, Ternopil Oblast, Ukrainian SSR) is a retired ex-USSR football player. He played most of his career as a midfielder. Until recently he was manager of club from Georgian Umaglesi Liga FC Guria Lanchkhuti.

Born in Zboriv, Pokora, since age of 4, lived in Vynnyky which is a suburb of Lviv.

Pokora played four seasons in the Soviet Top League for FC Karpaty Lviv.[1]

Pokora is married. Has two sons.
