Viv Fisher

Viv Fisher (born 1952) is an ex-BBC audio engineer and multivocalist who performed all parts of the brass band used in the title sequence of the BBC's 1985 TV series, Blott on the Landscape.

Performances

Viv Fisher also performed brass section elements of the title sequence of Bob's Full House, a gameshow broadcast by the BBC from 1984, presented by comedian Bob Monkhouse.

He was credited (as The Viv Fisher Orchestra) with appearing on an episode of No. 73, a children's programme, in 1985.

Career

In 1978, he released a 7" vinyl single of his multivocal talents entitled Blaze Away, performing as Me, Myself and Me again.

Later on in his career, he lectured on broadcast sound design and audio engineering at Ravensbourne College of Design & Communication.

Viv is currently a Sound Operator at the studios of BSkyB at Osterley in West London.
