Hukam Chand Kachwai (born July 23, 1933 in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh) was a leader of Bharatiya Janata Party and a former member of Lok Sabha from Madhya Pradesh.

He was a Member of Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Lok Sabha representing Dewas, Ujjain, Morena and Ujjain Parliamentary constituencies. [1] He died in 1996.[2] he belong to the Koli community of Madhya Pradesh.[3]
