Qishta

Qishta (Arabic: قِشْطَة, romanizedqišṭa, pronounced [qiʃ.tˤa]), also known as kishta, kashta , ghishta, or ashta, is a dairy coagulated milk product prepared from hitted[clarification needed] liquid milk and freshly consumed as a dessert.[citation needed] It is sometimes scented with orange flower water.[1]
