The UTRGV Soccer and Track & Field Complex is a multi-purpose stadium located in Edinburg, Texas. It is home to the Texas–Rio Grande Valley men's and women's soccer teams, as well as the Track and Field teams.

The stadium has a capacity of 1,250.[1]

The soccer field is surrounded by 8 running lanes.[2]

History

Construction

The stadium was built in 2014, and lights were added in 2015 to allow night matches.[1]

Important matches

The first match at the stadium was on October 10, 2014, as the UTRGV women's soccer defeated Chicago State by a score of 3–0.[3]

WAC Track & Field Championships

UTRGV Soccer and Track & Field Complex played host the 2016 WAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships and was also scheduled to host it in 2020.[1]
