George W. Bell
Appearance
George Waltham Bell was a doctor and state legislator in Arkansas.[1] He was a graduate of Lincoln University in Pennsylvania.[2] He served as president of Southland College.[3]
He opposed separate coach laws.[4] J. H. Smith wrote a letter disputing Bell's descriptions of his speech in 1891.[5]
