TOMA (Turkish: Toplumsal Olaylara Müdahale Aracı, English: Intervention Vehicle against Social Incidents), is an armored water cannon designed for riot control,[1] from Turkish companies Katmerciler[2],Moğol Makina[3] and Nurol Makina.[4] It is used by the Turkish National Police and Turkish Gendarmerie, and has been exported to countries such as Azerbaijan, Albania,Chile, Kuwait, Libya, Zimbabwe, Georgia, Senegal, Kazakhstan and Vietnam.[1][5][6][7]
TOMA can be integrated on to different type of chassis such as 4x4, 4x2, 6x4, 6x2 and 6x6. TOMA can reach up to 100 km/h maximum speed and 30% gradient climbing capability. The critical sub-systems of the TOMA vehicles are also protected against ballistic threats.[1]

Use Outside of Production Purpose
The main production purpose of TOMA's is to suppress riots. Besides, it has different uses. Examples of these:
- Watering seedlings in areas where there is no water installation in accordance with Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (Turkey)[8]
- Help with washing CBRN vehicles.
- Fire extinguishing in emergency situations[9][10]
