Caldimicrobium rimae is an extremely thermophilic, strictly anaerobic and facultatively chemolithoautotrophic bacterium from the genus of Caldimicrobium which has been isolated from the Treshchinnyi Spring from Uzon Caldera in Russia.[1][3][4][5]
