Hugh Kenneth Hill is the former ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the People’s Republic of to Bulgaria from 1990 until 1993[1] and charge d’affaires in Zambia.[2]

Hill graduated from the University of California (B.A., 1959; M.A., 1964).[3]
