Sayed Kamsar-o-Bar Muslim Degree College (S.K.B.M Degree College) is an degree college in Dildarnagar, Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh, India. It is one of the oldest colleges of Ghazipur District established in 1936 as Muslim Rajput High School. In 1949 it became a Muslim Rajput Inter College and was renamed in 1969 to Sayed Kamsar-o-Bar Muslim Inter College. In 2003, it became an degree college.

The college has a capacity for over 11,000 students. It is 4.7 km (2.9 mi) from the main town of Dildarnagar. It is beside Jamia Arabia makhzunul uloom dildarnagar on road no. 1.[1] The school was founded by Sir Deputy Mohammad Sayed Khan who was the sun of Subedar Alam Shah Khan and was born in a zamindar family of Usia. After completing his B.A. (Hons) in 1914 from Presidency College with first division, he joined Patna College as a lecturer. Jaiprakash Narayan was his student.

He taken help from Khan Bahadur Mansur Ali Khan (founder of Anume-islah committee) who was hus friend. Khan Bahadur Mansur Ali Khan was born on 18 September 1873 in a zamindar family of village Gorasara. Khan Bahadur 's father Subahdar Nabi Bhaksh Khan was a subahdar of the region in 1850s-1880s British India. Khan Bahadur Mansur Ali Khan retired from the post of Divisional traffic Supretendent In year 1933 from British Indian Railways.In 1938 first class of school was conducted. It was the first English-medium privately owned school in Ghazipur which was not run by British government. In 1949, Rajput High school became Muslim Rajput Inter college. Rajput Inter College was renamed again in 1969 to Syed Kamsar-O-Bar Muslim Inter College.[2][3]
