The 99th District of the Wisconsin Assembly is one of 99 districts in the Wisconsin State Assembly.[3] Located in southeastern Wisconsin, the district currently encompasses the Town of Merton, the Village of Merton, Hartland, Chenequa, Nashotah, City of Delafield, Town of Delafield, Ottawa, North Prairie, Dousman, Wales, parts of Genessee, Summit in Waukesha County.[4][5] The seat has been held by Cindi Duchow since 2015.[6]

The 99th Assembly District is located within Wisconsin's 33rd Senate District, along with the 97th and 98th Assembly Districts.
