A Tale of Thousand Stars (Template:Lang-th – 1000stars; RTGSNi-than Phan Dao – 1000stars) is a 2021 Thai television series starring Pirapat Watthanasetsiri (Earth) and Sahaphap Wongratch (Mix).

Directed by Aof Noppharnach[1] and produced by GMMTV, it is one of the twelve television series GMMTV showcased for 2020 during their "New & Next" event on 15 October 2019.[2][3] Originally scheduled for a 2020 release, it premiered on GMM 25 and LINE TV on 29 January 2021, airing on Fridays at 20:30 ICT and 22:30 ICT, respectively.[4]

Tian lives his rich life arrogantly and carefree, until he collapses due to heart problems and becomes in need of a heart transplant. The same night, a young woman, Torfun, is hit by a speeding car. Tian, curious about his heart donor, finds out that it was Torfun and learns more about her life as a volunteer teacher in a small village in Chiang Mai. Wanting to live out Torfun's wishes, Tian becomes the village's new teacher. There, he meets the Chief, Phupha.

International broadcast

  •  PhilippinesDreamscape Entertainment announced on 10 September 2020[8] that it had acquired the distribution rights of five television series from GMMTV which included the said series and will be made available for streaming on iWantTFC on January 29 2021 simulcast with Thailand.[9]
  •  TaiwanLINE TV Taiwan will stream every Friday evening at 21:30 starting from January 29 2021.
