"Hello" is a song by American rapper Pop Smoke, featuring rapper and singer A Boogie wit da Hoodie, from the former's posthumous debut deluxe studio album, Shoot for the Stars, Aim for the Moon (2020). The song was released as the sixth single from the album on February 9, 2021, by Victor Victor Worldwide and Republic Records.

Background and composition

The song was first announced on July 8, 2020, by Pop Smoke's manager Steven Victor, through his Twitter account. He indicated that the song would be on the deluxe version of Shoot for the Stars Aim for the Moon.[1] "Hello" was later released on the delxue version as the twenty-third track on July 20, 2020.[2][3][4] The song was released as the sixth single from the album on February 9, 2021, by Victor Victor Worldwide and Republic Records.[5]

According to Mitch Findlay of HotNewHipHop, "Hello" consists of an "oppressive drumline, juxtaposed beautifully over an emotional blend of piano and string".[6]
