Sanskrit
Anika or Anikha or Aneeka means graceful, brilliant or sweet-faced. It is derived from the Sanskrit word Aneek (अनीक), which literally means Lord Ganesh, soldier, many, light, army, face.[3] Anika can also refer to splendor, edge or point.[4] It is also one of the 108 names of Goddess Durga.
Scandinavian
Gracious, Merciful. It is the Swedish pet form of the name Anna, similar to Anneke in the Netherlands.

In African regions it means "sweetness of face".[5]
