The nineteenth of the American competitive reality television series Hell's Kitchen (officially known as Hell's Kitchen: Las Vegas) premiered on Fox on January 7, 2021.[1][2] Gordon Ramsay returned as host and head chef.[2] This season features 18 new contestants.[3] For the first time, the winner of this season will receive a position as a head chef at Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen Restaurant in Lake Tahoe.[2]

Prior to the United States premiere, the season began airing in the United Kingdom in October 2020 on ITV2.[4][5]
