Thryssocypris ornithostoma is a species of cyprinid of the genus Thryssocypris.[1] The maximum length of an unsexed male is 9.0 centimetres (3.5 in).[1] It feeds on insects[1] and is considered harmless to humans.[1] It has not been classified on the IUCN Red List.[1]
