Ariaspidae is a family of extinct cyathaspidiform heterostracan agnathans in the suborder Cyathaspidida.

Family Ariaspidae contains Ariaspis, and its sister-taxa originally contained within Anglaspididae/Anglaspidinae, including Anglaspis, Listraspis, Liliaspis, and Paraliliaspis.[1]
