Sir William Denis Allen, GCMG, CB (24 December 1910 – 20 May 1987) was a New Zealand-born British diplomat. He served as United Kingdom Commissioner for Singapore, British ambassador to Turkey, and Deputy Under-Secretary of State, Foreign Office.[1][2]
