Geraldine Peten is a former member of the Arizona House of Representatives, representing District 4. She was appointed by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors in 2017 to replace former representative Jesus Rubalcava.[1] Peten is a Democrat and was the seatmate of the Democratic Leader of the Arizona House of Representatives Charlene Fernandez.

The Arizona Capitol Times interviewed her in August 2017.[2] An educator, she is African American.[3]
