Staw [staf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Szczytniki, within Kalisz County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 22 kilometres (14 mi) east of Kalisz and 126 km (78 mi) south-east of the regional capital Poznań.

The village has an approximate population of 600.
