Alexis Blokhina (born August 17, 2004) is an American tennis player.

Blokhina has a career high WTA singles ranking of 566 achieved on March 6, 2023. She also has a career high WTA doubles ranking of 882 achieved on July 17, 2023.[1]

Blokhina won her first ITF title at the W60 Lexington Challenger in doubles. She plays college tennis at Stanford University.[2]
