Polychronis Tzortzakis (Template:Lang-gr; born 3 January 1989) is a Greek road and track cyclist, who currently rides for amateur team PS Kronos. Representing Greece, he competed in the team pursuit event at the 2010 and 2011 UCI Track Cycling World Championships.[3][4]
