Justin Carrigan (born c. 1980) is an American football coach. He is currently the deputy athletic director for the Texas–Permian Basin Falcons athletics.[1][2][3] He was previously the head coach for the Texas–Permian Basin Falcons football team from 2016 to 2022.[4][5] He previously coached for Midwestern State, UTEP,[6] and Tarleton State.[7][8][9] He played college football for Angelo State as a safety.
