Justin Carrigan (born c. 1980) is an American football coach. He is currently the deputy athletic director for the Texas–Permian Basin Falcons athletics.^[1]^[2]^[3] He was previously the head coach for the Texas–Permian Basin Falcons football team from 2016 to 2022.^[4]^[5] He previously coached for Midwestern State, UTEP,^[6] and Tarleton State.^[7]^[8]^[9] He played college football for Angelo State as a safety.
