Harold Craig Bailey (born April 12, 1957) is a former American football wide receiver who played two seasons with the Houston Oilers of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Oilers in the eighth round of the 1980 NFL Draft. Bailey played college football at Oklahoma State University and attended Yates High School in Houston, Texas.[1] He was also a member of the Montreal Concordes of the Canadian Football League (CFL).[2]
