Jay Rufus Douglas (born September 1, 1950) is a former American football center who played two seasons with the San Diego Chargers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Memphis and was drafted by the Chargers in the 11th round of the 1973 NFL Draft.[1][2] He was also a member of the Seattle Seahawks.[3]
