Ashish Goliyan (born 11 July 2001) is an Indian rower from Uttarakhand. He was part of the Indian rowing team at the 2022 Asian Games, Hangzhou, China.[1][2] He competes in the men's coxless four. He was part of the Indian team that won the bronze[3] medal at the Asian Games in Hangzhou, China.[4][5][6]

All the Indian team members are from the Indian Army and have trained at the Army Rowing Node facility in Pune for over a year.[7]
