Josefina O'Farrill (born 9 December 1963)[1] is a Cuban former volleyball player who played on the Cuban women's national volleyball team. She won a gold medal at the 1983 and 1987 Pan American Games,[1] and at the 1989 FIVB World Cup.[2] She also won a silver medal with the Cuban team at the 1986 FIVB World Championship.[3]
