It holds the record of CS Oltchim Râmnicu Vâlcea since 26 April 2019, this means SCM Râmnicu Vâlcea is the successor club. The board also plans to get the name in the future.[1]
On 28 July 2023 it was announced that they will have a captain team for the 2023–24 season, consisting of Iryna Glibko as the main captain and Nathalie Hagman as co-captain.
Starting with the 2023-24 season for every team that plays in the Romanian League is mandatory to have a youth team (under 23 years old) who plays in the Romanian Youth League.
