Vieugue Island (65°40′S 65°13′W / 65.667°S 65.217°W / -65.667; -65.217) is an island 3 nautical miles (6 km) long at the west side of Grandidier Channel, lying 1 nautical mile (1.9 km) northwest of Duchaylard Island and 12 nautical miles (22 km) west-northwest of Cape Garcia, off the west coast of Graham Land. Discovered by the French Antarctic Expedition, 1903–05, and named by Charcot after Monsieur Vieugue, then French Charge d'Affaires at Buenos Aires.
