Botowo [bɔˈtɔvɔ] (German: Bottowen; 1938–1945: Bottau) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Biskupiec, within Olsztyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south of Biskupiec and 30 km (19 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
