Yuxarı Qaramanlı (also, Verkhniye Karaimanly, Yukhary Karaymanly, and Yukhary-Karaimanly) is a village and municipality in the Neftchala Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 2,737. The municipality consists of the villages of Yuxarı Qaramanlı, İkinci Qaralı, and Pirəbbə.[1]
