Markowskie [marˈkɔfskʲɛ] (German: Markowsken, from 1938-45 Markau) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Wieliczki, within Olecko County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north of Wieliczki, 8 km (5 mi) east of Olecko, and 142 km (88 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.

Before 1945, the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
