Skromnica [skrɔmˈnit͡sa] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ozorków, within Zgierz County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) north-west of Ozorków, 25 km (16 mi) north-west of Zgierz, and 33 km (21 mi) north-west of the regional capital Łódź.[1]

The village has a population of 150.
