Polowa [pɔˈlɔva] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Szczerców, within Bełchatów County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) south-west of Szczerców, 22 km (14 mi) west of Bełchatów, and 59 km (37 mi) south-west of the regional capital Łódź.

The village has a population of 160.
