North Highlands Dam is a dam on the Chattahoochee River in Georgia, United States, 1 mile south of Lake Oliver. The dam was built in 1899 to provide power for the former Bibb City Mill. The dam was one of the first large dams in the South.[1]
North Highland Dam impounds Bibb Pond. The dam is currently owned by Georgia Power.
