Żukowice [ʐukɔˈvit͡sɛ] (German: Herrndorf) is a village in Głogów County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] It is the seat of the administrative district (gmina) called Gmina Żukowice.

It lies approximately 7 km (4 mi) west of Głogów, and 96 km (60 mi) north-west of the regional capital Wrocław.

The village has a population of 55.
